1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
Laptops at Cost is a business in the Electronics industry that sell electronics to the public.

2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 day (24 Working hours) and delivery confirmed by way of Courier; Collection is also available in Johannesburg and surrounding areas.

3. Export restriction 
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Laptops at Cost is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Laptops at cost will refund the client in full within 30 days, however products advertised on the Store are in physical stock locally with Laptops at Cost, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15 % administration fee if the order has already been paid in full (managers discretion) . All Warranties unless otherwise stipulated remain with the manufacturer of the product. Any product received by the client after purchase is deemed to be in good working order if Laptops at Cost is not notified in writing within 48 working hours of receiving the item.

Any item brought to our attention within the said 48 working hour period will be replaced by Laptops at Cost, if the item is not available or no longer in stock, Laptops at Cost will allow the Client to substitute the item for replacement, the client will have to settle any price difference, however shipping will be covered by Laptops at Cost, alternatively Laptops at Cost will refund the client.

5. Customer privacy policy
Laptops at Cost shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via bank transfer into the Laptops at Cost bank account, the details of which will be provided on checkout and on the VAT invoice provided via Email after the order is placed.

Payment can be made by Card (Debit and Credit) by use of the PayFast secure online payment system. A VAT invoice will be emailed to you after payment has been received.

7. Card acquiring and security 
Laptops at Cost makes use of PayFast’s secure online payment system.

8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

9. Responsibility
Laptops at Cost takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods. However manufacturer warranties lie with the manufacturer of the item.

10. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Laptops at Cost chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature. 12. Variation
Laptops at Cost may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
