However I left a message and got a call back in under 5 minutes to discuss the laptop, even on a public holiday. The next day I sent a whatsapp and received a response very quickly to tell me the laptop was sent out already and would arrive shortly. I am very happy with the buy and service and believe they have reached the peak of client satisfaction as it could not have gone better or smoother.
